ΗAEE president, Dr. Kostas Andriοsopoulos participated in the roundtable discussion with members of the WEC-Global Gas Centre (private sector) and Mr. Klaus-Dieter Borchardt, Director from the Directorate of Energy at the European Commission, as well as other members from the European Commission and Parliament on the role of natural gas in the EU energy mix.

Dr. Andriοsopoulos, in collaboration with Mr. Ashutosh Shastri, as experts on the Global Gas Centre presented a study on «Strategic Externalities for European Gas» and this study triggered a constructive discussion between members of the European Commission, the European Parliament and representatives of the Global Gas Centre.
