To HAEE Members
The recent developments over the rapid spread of COVID-19 have brought global health agencies advising for extreme caution. The Coronavirus has affected us all and apart from increasing numbers of global deaths, has also caused critical turmoil to international markets, travels and large gatherings.
For us in HAEE, the safety and well-being of our members, registrants and staff is of utmost importance. Thus, out of an abundance of caution, our 3rd Energy Forum, co-organized with the National Bank of Greece, has been moved from March and will take place some other date within 2020.
The line-up of HAEE events this year goes on with the 5th HAEE Annual Symposium “Energy Transition V: Global and Local Perspectives”, planned to take place on May 13-15, at Theoxenia Palace Hotel, in Kifissia, Greece. Nevertheless, we are constantly and closely monitoring the situation in our country, taking seriously into consideration the instructions of the NHO and the Ministry of Health. Since no one can be certain of how the Coronovirus will further develop and spread, and in case it is necessary for the safety of all, the Symposium will be postponed to another date.
Updates regarding the Symposium will be regularly posted on our website here.
