The Hellenic Association for Energy Economics is always trying to award excellence in original research and innovative thinking, and therefore, is proud to announce two Awards to be granted during the 8th HAEE Energy Transition Symposium “Rethinking Energy: The new state of play for a secure and sustainable future”, taking place from 27-29 September 2023, at the French Institute of Greece. About the Awards Τhe Scientific Committee will award 2 Paper Presenters with the Best Paper Award & the Best Student Paper Award (Cash Prizes and Award Certificates included), in recognition of their novel and qualitative work. The evaluation process will be carried out by the Symposium's Scientific Committee taking into consideration the papers' quality, originality, validity, clarity and the significant contribution to advancing knowledge and understanding in the energy field. The first step to apply for the Best Papers Competition is to submit an extended abstract to the open Call for Papers. The Call is open to all researchers, scholars, young professionals and practitioners in the energy field. All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Upon the acceptance of your abstract, you are entitled to apply your full paper for evaluation in the Best Papers Competition. The deadline for applications is August 18, 2023.
