HAEE is proud to present the 32nd edition of its Chart of the Month series. Titled “Moving to the Next Phase of E-Mobility”, it explores the Greek EV market that reached record growth in 2024, with BEV market share hitting 6.42% of new registrations, driven by rising consumer adoption and supportive policies. This signals Greece’s accelerating shift toward sustainable mobility. Meanwhile, China continues to dominate EV battery manufacturing, leveraging strategic investments and a strong supply chain to lead the global energy transition.

Across the EU, rapid BEV adoption over the past decade has created an urgent need for an expanded fast-charging network, with 3 million BEVs now on the roads. Prioritizing widespread, high-speed charging infrastructure is essential for continued market growth and achieving CO₂ reduction targets.
